We’re looking for onboarding specialist to assist setting up and on-boarding new clients (web-based software). On-boarding requires web designing skills, project management skills and excellent customer communications both via email and web conferencing, as well as helping our clients integrate their tools (CRM) with ours. It is critical to have design skills (Photoshop) or API and Webhooks experience to be successful in this role. CSS/HTML skills are required as well. If you understand what a selector is, and how to change the color of an H1 or P, then you meet this qualification. 

This position requires that you are very comfortable with web-based software and understanding customer needs. This includes initial planning and gathering of information to deliverables on a short timeline. 

This is a 60-day contract position to start with potential to become full time.

HTC is hiring a Senior Systems Administrator

Responsibilities: Installs Windows Server OSes with upgrades on hardware servers, blade servers, various other hardware components, and virtual servers.  Also verifies server and client operating systems interoperability, system drivers, firmware, applications and layered products.  Serves as a resource / in-house consultant to System / Network Administrators and IT Management to provide technical guidance in the design and planning of the corporate network components including San environment. Experience:  Bachelor's degree from four-year university or equivalent experience.  Minimum of four to six years related experience and/or training. 

Job Knowledge:  Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of complex computer operations. Proficiency in Windows 2008 and 2012 server operating systems to include native clustering technology, Active Directory and Certificate Authorities.  Knowledgeable of Exchange, SQL server, SharePoint, System Center, and CRM. Understanding of basic Ethernet and TCP/IP networking.   Knowledge and understanding of server and PC virtualization using VMware as the hypervisor.
